Role Overview:
The Senior Database Administrator will design, manage, and optimize database systems while ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain database systems
• Perform performance tuning, optimization, and capacity planning
• Develop and enforce database security policies
• Lead database upgrades, migrations, and deployments
• Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies
• Troubleshoot database issues and performance bottlenecks
• Collaborate with teams and maintain documentation
Requirements:
• 4–5 years of database administration experience
• Expertise in DBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.)
• Strong skills in SQL Server performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Understanding of infrastructure (storage, networking, servers)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
