Role Overview:
The Community Manager will manage brand interactions across platforms, ensuring consistent engagement while contributing to growth and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day community engagement across platforms
• Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in brand voice
• Engage with audiences, creators, and communities
• Support campaign rollouts with real-time interaction
• Maintain and evolve brand voice and tone
• Provide insights from community trends and feedback
• Track engagement metrics and report insights
Requirements:
• 3–6 years of experience in community management or social media
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to manage communities independently
