Location: Pakistan (Remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: Senior-Level (6+ Years)

Role Overview:

The role involves leading platform engineering initiatives, designing scalable infrastructure, and driving automation, reliability, and system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Infrastructure as Code (Terraform architecture, modules, state management)

• Implement GitOps practices using tools like ArgoCD

• Manage Kubernetes infrastructure on AWS (EKS)

• Build self-service infrastructure automation systems

• Define and manage SLOs, reliability, and incident response

• Set observability and monitoring standards

• Collaborate on security architecture and system hardening

• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical strategy

Requirements:

• 6+ years in platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure roles

• Strong expertise in Terraform and IaC architecture

• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and AWS

• Experience with GitOps and automation practices

• Strong understanding of reliability engineering (SLOs, monitoring)

• Experience with multi-tenant infrastructure systems

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Karpenter and node lifecycle management

• Knowledge of FinOps and cost optimization

• Familiarity with data infrastructure and AI/ML workloads

• Experience scaling startup infrastructure
