Role Overview:
The Technical Account Manager will act as a trusted advisor to utility customers, ensuring successful implementation and optimization of energy management software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance to customers
• Manage relationships with utility clients and stakeholders
• Lead issue resolution and escalation management
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams
• Develop technical roadmaps aligned with customer goals
• Track account health and provide performance reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in IT, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in customer/technical account management
• Knowledge of ADMS/AEMS systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently
