Role Overview:
The Senior Internal Auditor will assess organizational risks, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate risk exposures in governance, operations, and systems
• Develop audit plans, programs, and documentation
• Conduct audits and assess internal controls
• Identify gaps, compliance issues, and process improvements
• Prepare audit reports and present findings
• Perform follow-up audits and monitor corrective actions
• Investigate fraud risks and ethical violations
• Support management with audit insights and reporting
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in internal audit (FMCG preferred)
• Degree in Engineering, Technical field, or related discipline
• Strong understanding of audit frameworks (IPPF)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and reporting abilities
