Role Overview:

The Senior Raw Materials Engineer will lead fabric development, supplier collaboration, and process optimization to ensure quality, performance, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fabric development across categories (denim, home textiles)

• Collaborate with suppliers for quality, cost, and performance

• Analyze testing reports and improve product performance

• Drive innovation in materials and manufacturing processes

• Conduct trials and establish best practices

• Support production improvements and supplier assessments

• Implement quality assurance and traceability systems

• Lead sustainability and process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Textile Technology, Chemistry, or related field

• 10+ years of experience in textile engineering

• Strong knowledge of fiber, yarn, weaving, dyeing, and finishing

• Understanding of fabric cost analysis and production processes

• Experience with quality management and compliance standards

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

• Willingness to travel when required
