Role Overview:

The Project Trainee will assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities while supporting operations, quality, and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking

• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards

• Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items

• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors

• Assist in data collection, analysis, and documentation

• Support compliance and quality-related activities

Requirements:

• Pharm-D degree (mandatory)

• Fresh to 6 months of experience (preferred)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

• Basic knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana)

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Willingness to learn quality and regulatory systems
