Role Overview:
The Programme Officer will support project management, partner coordination, monitoring & evaluation (MEL), and reporting to ensure effective programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with implementing partners and support due diligence
• Monitor project implementation and conduct site visits
• Develop and manage data collection, analysis, and reporting systems
• Ensure safeguarding, compliance, and quality standards
• Support programme reporting, documentation, and KPI tracking
• Collaborate on communications, storytelling, and impact reporting
• Assist in programme design and identifying new opportunities
Requirements:
• Experience in project management, monitoring, or development sector roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with budgeting and reporting
• Strong data analysis and data management skills
• Proficiency in computer tools (CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus)
• Ability to travel locally for site visits
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks
