Role Overview:
The role focuses on leading procurement governance, ensuring compliance with global regulations, and driving process improvements and digitization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead procurement governance and compliance across global operations
• Develop and implement procurement policies and SOPs
• Ensure alignment with regional and international regulations
• Manage compliance monitoring and risk mitigation strategies
• Conduct audits and ensure adherence to procurement standards
• Lead training programs for procurement teams
• Establish and manage a Center of Excellence (CoE)
• Drive digitization and automation of procurement processes
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
• 7–10 years of experience in procurement governance or compliance
• Strong knowledge of global procurement policies and regulations
• Experience in SOP development and policy implementation
• Strong analytical and risk management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Relevant certifications (CPSM, CCEP) are a plus
