Role Overview:
The Recruitment Lead will oversee hiring operations, manage recruitment teams, and drive talent acquisition strategies across Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing to onboarding)
• Manage and coach recruiters and vendor relationships
• Build talent pipelines and market mapping strategies
• Partner with leadership and hiring managers
• Use recruitment metrics and data insights to improve hiring
• Drive employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
• Act as a hands-on recruiter when needed
• Manage external agencies and recruitment partners
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• 6+ years of recruitment experience with leadership exposure
• Strong people management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience hiring for senior and leadership roles
• Knowledge of ATS tools (Workday preferred)
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Experience in multinational environments (preferred)
