BBPR Pakistan is a marketing and activation company specializing in brand activations, BTL campaigns, and on-ground execution.
Location: Clifton Block 2, Karachi (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:
The Operations Manager will handle end-to-end execution of activations, manage vendors, control budgets, and ensure high-quality campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end execution of brand activations and events
• Plan logistics, production, and on-ground deployment
• Coordinate with vendors (fabricators, printers, manpower agencies)
• Negotiate rates and control project costs
• Hire and manage field teams and brand ambassadors
• Ensure timely and quality execution of campaigns
• Handle on-ground issues and ensure smooth operations
• Secure permissions and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements:
• 4–6 years of experience in BTL marketing, events, or activations
• Strong vendor network and management experience
• Ability to work under pressure in on-ground environments
• Strong negotiation and budgeting skills
• Good communication and team coordination skills
