As our UI/UX Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with our Head of Product and Marketing team to translate broad concepts and requirements into seamless, visually stunning interfaces. You will contribute to the product’s end-to-end design—from early-stage concepting and user flows to high-fidelity prototypes and final assets—while adhering to emerging brand guidelines and user research findings. This is a hands-on, on-site position ideal for someone ready to shape the product’s core identity in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. There are no immediate leadership or mentorship expectations, but significant growth opportunities exist as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design Execution

• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for mobile and web experiences using Figma.

• Incorporate best practices for AI-driven experiences, including conversational interfaces and recommendation systems.

2. Iterative Product Development

• Collaborate in scrum/agile sprints, refining your designs based on feedback from product, marketing, and user research data.

• Integrate TikTok-style video content, social media features, and mapping tools in a cohesive, user-friendly way.

3. Brand Consistency & Evolution

• Work with early-stage brand guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms.

• Help shape the design system, expanding components as needed to accommodate new features and user flows.

4. User Research & Validation

• Leverage existing research and collaborate with the Head of Product to identify user pain points, test assumptions, and validate designs.

• Observe user testing sessions (if conducted) to gather feedback and iterate rapidly.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with developers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity in implementation.

• Collaborate with marketing on cohesive campaigns, ensuring the product’s visual language aligns with promotional materials.

6. Ownership & Innovation

• Operate with an ownership mentality, proactively suggesting design enhancements and improvements.

• Stay updated on design and travel industry trends, especially innovative uses of AI or immersive social experiences.

Qualifications

• Senior Experience level in Product/UX/UI Design (6+ years) with a strong, relevant portfolio.

• Proficiency with Figma (wireframing, prototyping, design libraries).

• Understanding of user-centered design processes, from concept to delivery.

• Provable experience of researching on user interaction data to drive decisions

• Demonstrable experience designing for mobile (iOS/Android) and web interfaces.

• Familiarity with or enthusiasm for AI integrations and short-form video/social platforms.

• Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced environment with frequent collaboration.

• Excellent communication skills and a growth mindset—willing to iterate rapidly based on feedback.
